A class for navigating imposter syndrome, procrastination, compare and despair, money fears, self worth and all the things you inherited that are making it harder for you to grow your work.

APRIL 1ST | 10-11:30 AM PST | $44

How Your Childhood Trauma Is Showing Up In your Business:

Starting a business is vulnerable.

Any fears you have coming up are completely normal...and probably most of them don't even belong to you. Whether you're worried about your MAGA cousin's projections, your parent's financial concern about your decisions, or your own feelings of a lifetime of being told you're "too much" and how that plays into your self promotions...I can pretty much guarantee you that your childhood trauma is showing up in your business.

And, you have an excellent reason for feeling how you feel...but it is keeping you stuck.

In 90 minutes you will deep dive some of these stories, start to peel back the layers, and bring much-needed self compassion and understanding to WHY these things are coming up and how to move through them without further shaming or retraumatizing yourself.

Though this class is (obviously) not a replacement for therapy, it is a tremendous opportunity to shift your inner dialogue to an empowering one, so that you can bring your work to the world from a highest self place (and no an inner child one).

COUNT ME IN!

This class is for you if:

You notice yourself frozen from taking action based on the opinions and feelings of people who are not your ideal client (like parents, friends, former coworkers, people from high school etc.)

You want to more fully share your authenticity, but something about doing so feels really difficult

You know you have inherited beliefs about money, productivity, or even your own self concept that are keeping you from taking aligned action, but you aren't sure what to do about that

You have strong cultural or gender scripts that influence your belief in your own success, as well as your deservingness of it

You are deeply impacted about what is happening systemically, and see the inherent relationship between that and your own family culture and want some support on navigating what that brings up for you as it relates to how you work

What We Will Do Together:

1. Identify core beliefs that shape your work routine in ways that are holding you back

2. Bring compassion, understanding, and critical awareness to these spaces so that you can lovingly and holistically shift them over time (not in our 90 in workshop--changing core beliefs is a process)

3. Construct a values-aligned manifesto or your own personal truth to guide you as you work on shifting these beliefs

4. Process and witness in community the power of corrective experiences that can repair a lifetime's worth of believing something that isn't even true about you

5. You'll leave with tools, resources, journal prompts and a structure for continuing to engage with this work

SAY LESS! I'M IN!

A replacement for therapy. We all have trauma, and we will all spend a lifetime dismantling oppressive narratives. While you may very well have a breakthrough, we all deserve qualified mental health support as we navigate deep recesses of personal experience. This space is not a replacement for that work.

A quick fix. Compassion, understanding and care can help a wound, but healing is a process.

A place to share personal experiences that may be re-traumatizing to others.
You can trust me as a provider to work within my scope of practice. In order to create as safe a space as possible to do deep work, I will set clear parameters around what to share. While I know in my personal life just how impactful certain experiences can be as a survivor in how I work, I do not share the specifics about that both because that is mine and I do not want to AND I am intentional about how that may be retraumatizing for another survivor. You may hear me interrupt or redirect in this space, as a means of protecting all participants. This is not to minimize anyone's experiences, but rather to create a constructive and intentional space for healing.

This class is not:

A Note From Me:

I have coached thousands of people and all of us would benefit from doing this work.

Everything from how we market, to how we make money, to how we believe in ourselves is shaped by our experiences in ways we often can't even see. Even if you have done a lot of this work, I guarantee you this class will be transformative for you.

That being said, we are living through a critical cultural moment and my intention is that this experience be constructive and triggering. If you have any questions about that prior to signing up, feel free to reach out personally.
