Hi, I'm Cara!
I am an intersectional Feminist Business Mentor on a mission to heal the rampant harm in the coaching industry.
As someone who experienced first hand the toxicity of spiritual bypassing posturing as personal development, I built an ethical sales and marketing framework that flips “pain point marketing” and coercive sales tactics toward heart-led, genuine service.
As a service provider with a social work background, I dropped out of grad school when I realized I couldn’t afford the salary I would make in the career path I thought was the “safe route”. So I built a business instead. My passion is helping value-aligned service providers realize they can make more money doing what they love than they ever did staying in the job they hate, just because they thought it was safer.
I am a daughter of immigrants and witches, Magna Cum Laude graduate of The University of Florida with a degree in Women’s Studies: Theories and Politics of Sexuality. I received additional training in the Master’s program at New York University’s Silver School of Social Work, 600-hour certification VITA Coaching, and certification via The Ethical Coaching Collective. I am a Reiki Master, attuned by my mother, who also taught me how to read cards and live life guided by the moon.
